Cupid is her nick name and she is a joy to have on our
farm. We had like many others formed the opinion that most thoroughbreds
were a high spirited very un predictable hot blooded horse, Comet and
Cupid have proved that theory wrong, we have added Cupid to our breeding
program for the Appaloosa Sport Horse and
found them both to be the exact opposite. Cupid is as docile and laid back
as any mare we have on our farm, she is calm, level headed very very
patient and loves people. She has a very smooth flowing gait that makes
you want to ride her across a prairie for days, she is broke to ride and
is very calm under saddle. She is a roan mare that will be bred to Fire
Eagle for a 2007 foal. She was bred by Dresdon Farms of VIRGINA. Her
pedigree is full of great all time horses such as Kings Grant.
We will always give our first priority
in horses to our Gaited
Appaloosas yet when a horse of this quality, temperament and gait comes
along we call it a blessing and all blessings we believe come from God
whom we give thanks daily.
